Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Client Coffee website, free tools, and services. By using them, you agree to what's below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Client Coffee ("we," "us," "our") is a Canadian company that helps local service businesses get found online, capture more leads, and win more work — through our growth platform and a set of free audit tools.

Using our site and tools

You're welcome to use our website and free audits for your own business. Please don't misuse them: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site, and nothing unlawful. Our audits and reports are provided for your information, and you're responsible for what you do with them.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, monthly fees already paid aren't refundable. Prices can change, but we'll give you notice before a change affects you.

No guarantee of results

We're good at what we do, but no one can promise specific results — more calls, rankings, or revenue depend on many things outside our control. Our audits and reports are estimates and recommendations, not guarantees. See our Earnings Disclaimer for more.

Our content

The content on this site — words, designs, tools, and branding — belongs to Client Coffee. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission.

Other services

Our tools may connect to or reference third-party services, like Google or Stripe. We're not responsible for those services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

As-is, and our liability

We work hard to keep everything running, but the site and tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Client Coffee isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
